As the strategic coach of the organization Jennifer specializes in the analysis; alternative funding mechanisms, plan designs, and implementations in the area of executive and employee benefit planning. For more than 26 years, Jennifer has provided business owners, executives and professionals with a business plan for their benefits offering.

Jennifer is a Life Member of the Million-Dollar Round Table (MDRT) and Top of the Table (TOT) and is past chairman of the Top of the Table. She has been named 2008-2009 Secretary of the MDRT Executive Committee and her five-year term will culminate with her 2012 MDRT Presidency. She has spoken at numerous industry meetings including MDRT, NAIFA, LUTC, World Critical Illness Conference, Insurance Association of China and the Singapore Life Underwriters.

Jennifer is a graduate of Dickinson College and is an active participant on industry and insurance companies advisory boards. She has been the featured speaker at industry conferences and national events. In addition, Jennifer also serves on several charitable boards and is involved in many community activities.
